Financial Policies:
Our friendly office staff is happy to handle your insurance papers for you, but we request payment for your first visit in full. 

Patients with insurance are required to pay their portion, if any, at the time of service, or when the procedures are completed.  Patients without insurance are required to pay for the full amount of service after completion of the procedure.  If this is not possible, please speak with our friendly front office staff to work out a payment plan.

It is expected that your balance be paid in full within 90 days of your first billing statement unless you have made arrangements with our office.  Monthly payments can also be made automatically via a credit card number.
